SHIPPING INFORMATION
We process orders Monday through Friday. Each order will be handled within 3 to 5 days of being placed, and shipment will take place the day after processing is complete.
Our shipping time is approximately 10 to 15 days, so we ask for your patience while we update your logistics information.
Some of our products are purely handmade. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we need 1 to 2 weeks to produce these items, which may result in a longer delivery time than expected.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and processing time to clear your package, which may delay the expected delivery date.
Your order may be delivered by your local post office or a local courier. Depending on your location, most orders are delivered by the local postal service, so you will receive your package with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postal service will leave a notice card informing you how and where to collect your package.
