Returns & Refund
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations prior to shipping or production. A full refund will be processed for all validly canceled orders. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate cancellations for orders already in transit.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must remain unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include valid proof of purchase. Returns sent directly to the manufacturer will not be processed.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned goods, we will notify you by email of our refund decision. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.
Late or Undelivered Refunds
If your refund has not been received, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer. Should the issue continue, please reach out to us at orders@hearthlyjoy.com. For our return address, kindly contact our customer service team via email.
